I understand that Radioservers has no control over how long app approvals take by Google and Apple.

I understand that future changes could be subject additional charges according to sections 17 and 18 of the Terms Of Service Agreement

I understand the monthly app hosting fee must be kept current for apps to remain live and can be paid by monthly Paypal subscription or annual company check.

I understand that I must monitor my own developer accounts on Apple and Google for updates and messages regarding new requirement and alerts regarding my apps and report those to Radioservers (we cannot monitor these for you).
